What’s Cooking? with Master Chef Luca

Get ready to sharpen your kitchen skills with What’s Cooking? Master Chef Edition! Join Master Chef Season 4 winner, Luca Manfé, for 12 virtual classes packed with pro tips, creative dishes, and plating techniques.
This program is open to DoD Cardholders and is a great way to connect with the community, and explore new flavors.
During each virtual class, one lucky attendee will win a private one-on-one cooking session with Master Chef winner Luca Manfé! Just stay for the whole event and keep your camera on for a chance to win.

May 3 @ 3 PM – Steak Night

June 14 @ 3 PM – Crispy Salmon
July 12 @ 3 PM – Pork Chops
July 20 @ 12 PM – Fried Shrimp Tacos
August 9 @ 3 PM – Lobster Fettuccini
September 7 @ 1 PM – Short Ribs
October 11 @ 3 PM – Veal
November 2 @ 11 AM – Eggs Benedict
November 22 @ 3 PM – Fish and Chips
December 14 @ 12 PM – Souffle and Eclairs
January 10 (2026) @ 3 PM – Rack of Lambs
Participants must register/sign-up for each session. The instructions for signing up are below:
1. Go to https://forcesupport.awardsplatform.com
2. Create an account or login (if you made a submission into the 2024 Art Contest or Photo Contest or 2024 What’s Cooking? Master Chef program, your login information will be the same.)
3. Go to ‘Enter” at the top of the page.
4. Click ‘Start Entry”
5. Under ‘Contest & category’ select ‘What’s Cooking? — Master Chef’
6. Select the class and date you plan to attend and complete the form.
7. Enter the number of attendees (NOTE: you must be able to show the total amount of attendees)
8. Select your installation
9. Click ‘Submit entry’ at the bottom of the form.
10. You’re done! The zoom call information will be sent out via email the day before the event and remember to purchase your ingredients!
